Chef Weston Richards

Chef Weston Richards’ career in the culinary world began over sixteen years ago at Santa Barbara’s Sage & Onion. From there he quickly made his mark at the Wine Cask and its sister restaurant, Intermezzo, where he created dishes to complement their prestigious Wine Spectator’s Grand Award. Soon after, he founded the critically acclaimed Spare Parts, a locals’ pop-up favorite. In 2013, Chef Weston was integral in opening Les Marchands, an innovative restaurant and retail shop in the Funk Zone. Since that time, he has directed a menu that complements the wine, beer and cocktail programs at Les Marchands. In designing his frequently changing menu, Chef Weston is influenced by his travels to Rome, the Tuscan countryside and Naples. He also finds inspiration from his sojourns to North Africa and Thailand, blending exotic spices with local ingredients. Chef Weston creates diverse and seasonally inspired menus at Les Marchands for dinner and weekend brunch.

Cassie Foster, General Manager

Cassie Foster leads the team at Les Marchands with an unbridled commitment to professionalism and dedication to excellent service and warm hospitality. Cassie feels Acme Hospitality provides the perfect platform to do what she loves and that Acme has a genuine interest in developing and taking care of people while honing leadership skills. When Cassie is not working, she is passionate about discovering unique food destinations, traveling the world while immersing herself in different cultures or reading her ever-expanding selection of books. In her free time she is currently learning a new language.
