March and April feature Passport to Tuscany, an insider’s window to a centuries-old cuisine and a collection of wines prized all over the world. Tuscany is a personal favorite of Chef Weston; as one of his first international culinary destinations, his immersion there was fundamental to his growth as a young chef. The series offers guests a rotating menu of seasonal and regionally inspired dishes created by Chef Weston Richards. The food, along with excellent wine suggestions by Acme Hospitality Wine Director Hayden Felice, are influenced by the culture, ingredients, techniques and flavors that define each destination.
